This product is a special reagent for one-step reverse transcription-real-time fluorescence quantification using the probe method. Using this product for One Step RT-qPCR reaction can be carried out continuously in the same reaction tube, the operation is simple, and the cross-contamination between samples is avoided at the same time. The sensitivity of detection is also improved. This kit uses a new type of reverse transcriptase (HI-M MLV Reverse Transcriptase), a new type of antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and a premixed enzyme Mix form of RNase Inhibitor, which has stronger RNA affinity and thermal stability. As well as higher amplification efficiency and specificity, a good standard curve can be obtained in a wide quantitative area, and a variety of high and low abundance target genes can be accurately quantitatively detected, with good repeatability and high reliability.

Experimental example
Example 1 Linearity detection results of ER101 samples
Using the SANSHIBIO One Step RT-qPCR Kit (Probe) (ER101), amplify the serially diluted samples of animal origin. The experimental results show that ER101 has good and stable amplification performance, and the linear coefficient of the amplification Ct value of the 8 sample gradients is > 0.99.
Example 1 EH002 Serial Dilution Sample Linearity Test Results
Using the SANSHIBIO One Step RT-qPCR Kit (Probe) (ER101), repeated amplification experiments were performed on animal-derived series of high, medium and low concentration samples. The experimental results show that ER101 has good and stable amplification performance, and the coefficient of variation CV < 3% of the amplification Ct value of the same sample concentration.
