Product introduction
TAE is white to off-white instant granules, each bag of TAE instant granules can be prepared with 1 L of 1× TAE buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of TAE buffer are Tris-acetate and EDTA-2Na, the concentration of Tris-acetate contained in 1×TAE buffer is 40 mM, and the concentration of EDTA-2Na is 1 mM.
TAE is a nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer widely used in biology, mainly used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. Using TAE as the electrophoresis buffer, the mobility of double-stranded linear DNA during electrophoresis is faster. When the fragment is larger than 13 kb, TAE is generally recommended for electrophoretic separation. TAE is suitable for the recovery of DNA fragments. Due to its small buffer capacity, TAE is not recommended for long-term electrophoresis (such as overnight).

Instructions
1. Measure about 600 ml of distilled water into the beaker, and place a magnetic stirrer in the beaker.
2. Place the beaker on a magnetic stirrer, slowly add the entire contents of 1 bag of TAE instant granules, and stir the solution until completely dissolved.
3. Add distilled water to the TAE solution in step 2 and make up to 1 L, which is 1×.
