         LightSpeed ultra-fast endonuclease is a series of restriction endonucleases that have undergone genetic engineering recombination to complete DNA cutting quickly and accurately. It is suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA , PCR products or genomic DNA . LightSpeed ultra-fast endonuclease has the following characteristics: Enzymatic digestion can be completed within 5~15 minutes; a single enzyme digestion buffer is shared , which greatly simplifies the digestion reaction system; good enzyme activity redundancy, easy to deal with excessive or difficult substrates Template digestion. In addition, the dephosphorylation and ligation reagents have 100% activity in the EZ digestion buffer , which supports one-tube reaction and improves the experience of " enzyme digestion - modification - ligation " .
