This kit uses alkaline lysis method to lyse cells, and specifically extract plasmid DNA according to the principle that centrifugal adsorption column binds DNA in solution in high salt state. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column can efficiently and exclusively adsorb DNA, and can remove impurity proteins and other organic compounds in cells to a great extent. The plasmid DNA extracted by this kit can be used for various routine operations, including enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation and transformation experiments.

Storage Conditions

The kit can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions at room temperature (15-25°C). RNase A can be stored at -20°C for a long time, and can be stored stably at 2-8°C. Add RNaseA to solution I before use (add all the RNaseA provided in the kit), mix well, and store at 2-8°C.
