Taq DNA Polymerase, abbreviated as Taq enzyme, is one of the most commonly used DNA polymerases. It is expressed by E. coli cloned with Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase gene and purified by multiple steps. The PCR product amplified by this product has an A base at the 3' end and can be cloned into the T vector.

The amplification results were analyzed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, and the amplification effect was comparable to the similar
products of foreign company A. The three on the left are Taq DNA polymerase from foreign company A, and the three on the right are E001B.

            Example 2   Amplifies large fragments without non-specific amplification

SANSHIBIO Taq DNA Polymerase (E001B) was used to amplify the 3kb
fragment , and the amplification results were analyzed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. The experimental results show that the
amplification effect of SANSHIBIO Taq DNA Polymerase is equivalent to that of similar products of domestic company B, and there is
